Who We Are

Dawn C. Hayes, CEO & Founder

Dawn started United Community Venture Partners in an effort to help local urban communities benefit from the combination of technology innovation, social enterprise and community volunteering. She has an extensive and diverse background in management and entrepreneurship, including work with three ventures acquired by Dow Jones and S&P. She consults with clients and partners around the US.

When she is not developing new ventures or conducting research, Dawn enjoys hanging with friends, music, travel, sports, technology and video games. She is a native Yankee (NYC). Dawn holds a BA in Business and Public Affairs and has also pursued post-graduate studies at Columbia University.
